- Netlify — website hosting. Netlify operates servers in the United States. Data transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided by Netlify's data processing agreement.
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Resend may process email addresses and message metadata. Appropriate safeguards apply in line with their data processing terms.
Where we use AI tools as part of our service delivery (such as in building or configuring your widget), we do not feed your personal contact data into those tools. If any business content you provide is processed by a third-party AI system as part of service delivery, we will inform you of this at the time of engagement.
We may also disclose data to legal authorities if required by law.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
